es geschafft, Blei kalt zu strangulieren,<strong><b> Zinn, Aluminium, Kupfer, Zink und deren Legierungen, Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt, Stahl mit mittlerem Kohlenstoffgehalt, Werkzeugstahl, niedrig legierter Stahl und rostfreier Stahl und sogar Lagerstahl, Werkzeugstahl mit hohem Kohlenstoffgehalt und hoher Aluminiumlegierung, Schnellarbeitsstahl und andere Metalle<\/b><\/strong> Im Bereich der Strangpressen hat unser Land die F\u00e4higkeit, Strangpressen zu entwickeln und herzustellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neben der allgemeinen mechanischen Presse werden auch hydraulische Pressen, Kaltflie\u00dfpressen, Reibungspressen und Hochgeschwindigkeits-Hochenergieanlagen erfolgreich f\u00fcr die Produktion von Hartstrangpressen eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>Definieren Sie<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Extrusion ist ein Prozess, bei dem die Goldsp\u00e4ne zu <strong><b>Kunststofffluss<\/b><\/strong> Wenn der Rohling ohne Hitze extrudiert wird, nennt man dies Kaltstrangpressen. Das Kaltstrangpressen ist eine der Verarbeitungstechnologien f\u00fcr spanlose und spanarme Teile und ist daher eine fortschrittliche Technologie in der Kunststoffverarbeitung von Goldsp\u00e4nen. Es zeigt sich, dass das Kaltflie\u00dfpressverfahren bei der Herstellung von Maschinenteilen eine Menge an Stahl und Nichteisenmetallen einsparen kann.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><b>Hohe Produktionseffizienz<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die Effizienz der Herstellung mechanischer Teile durch Kaltflie\u00dfpressen ist sehr hoch, insbesondere bei der Produktion von Gro\u00dfserienteilen. Die Produktion durch Kaltflie\u00dfpressen ist um ein Vielfaches, Dutzendfaches oder sogar Hundertfaches h\u00f6her als beim Schneiden. Zum Beispiel sind kaltflie\u00dfgepresste Kolbenbolzen f\u00fcr Automobile 3,2 Mal produktiver als maschinell gefertigte, und kaltflie\u00dfgepresste Kolbenbolzenautomaten werden jetzt eingesetzt, um die Produktivit\u00e4t weiter zu steigern. Die Produktivit\u00e4t eines Kaltflie\u00dfpressautomaten entspricht der von 100 normalen Drehb\u00e4nken oder 10 Vierspindel-Drehautomaten.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong><b>Breite Anwendung<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wie z.B. speziell geformte Abschnitte, Innenverzahnungen, speziell geformte L\u00f6cher und Sackl\u00f6cher. Diese Teile sind mit anderen Verarbeitungsmethoden nur schwer zu fertigen, aber mit dem Kaltflie\u00dfpressen sehr gut zu verarbeiten.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong><b>Hohe Festigkeit<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Da das Kaltflie\u00dfpressen die Verst\u00e4rkungseigenschaften von Metallwerkstoffen durch Kaltverformung nutzt, d.h. der Metallrohling befindet sich w\u00e4hrend des Flie\u00dfpressens in einem Zustand dreifacher Druckspannung, und das Material ist kompakt und hat nach der Verformung eine kontinuierliche Faserflussrichtung, so dass die Festigkeit der Teile erheblich verbessert wird. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen Materialien mit geringer Festigkeit anstelle von hochfesten Materialien verwendet werden. In der Vergangenheit wurde zum Beispiel 20Cr-Stahl f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Kolbenbolzen der Marke Liberation durch Schneiden verwendet. Jetzt wird 20er Stahl f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Kolbenbolzen durch Kaltflie\u00dfpressen verwendet.
