el m\u00e9todo del magnesio para producir toneladas de esponja de titanio - esto marca el comienzo de la producci\u00f3n industrial de esponja de titanio titanio, y la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio se utiliza ampliamente en diversos campos debido a su alta resistencia espec\u00edfica, buena resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y alta resistencia al calor. Las aleaciones de titanio se utilizan en la aviaci\u00f3n desde hace m\u00e1s de medio siglo. En el campo de las 3C, se han importado muchos tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, y se espera que cada vez m\u00e1s fabricantes utilicen aleaci\u00f3n de titanio. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan popular la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio?<\/p><ol><li><b><\/b><h2><strong><b>Propiedades de las aleaciones de titanio<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>Alta resistencia: 1,3 veces la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio, 1,6 veces la aleaci\u00f3n de magnesio y 3,5 veces el acero inoxidable, el campe\u00f3n de los materiales met\u00e1licos.<\/p><p>Alta resistencia t\u00e9rmica: la temperatura de uso es varios cientos de grados superior a la de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio, y puede trabajar durante mucho tiempo a una temperatura de 450 ~ 500 C.<\/p><p>Buena resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n: la resistencia a los \u00e1cidos, a los \u00e1lcalis, a la corrosi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, a la corrosi\u00f3n por picaduras y a la corrosi\u00f3n bajo tensi\u00f3n son especialmente fuertes.<\/p><p>Buen rendimiento a bajas temperaturas: La aleaci\u00f3n de titanio TA7 con elementos de separaci\u00f3n deficientes puede mantener una cierta plasticidad a -253 \u00b0 C.<\/p><p>Alta actividad qu\u00edmica: alta actividad qu\u00edmica a altas temperaturas, reacciona f\u00e1cilmente con impurezas gaseosas como el hidr\u00f3geno y el ox\u00edgeno del aire para generar una capa endurecida.<\/p><p>La conductividad t\u00e9rmica es peque\u00f1a, el m\u00f3dulo el\u00e1stico es peque\u00f1o: la conductividad t\u00e9rmica es aproximadamente 1\/4 de la del n\u00edquel, 1\/5 de la del hierro, 1\/14 de la del aluminio, y la conductividad t\u00e9rmica de diversas aleaciones de titanio es aproximadamente 50% inferior a la conductividad t\u00e9rmica del titanio. El m\u00f3dulo el\u00e1stico de la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio es aproximadamente 1\/2 del del acero.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><h2><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n y uso de las aleaciones de titanio<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>Las aleaciones de titanio pueden dividirse en aleaciones resistentes al calor, aleaciones de alta resistencia, aleaciones resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n (aleaciones de titanio-molibdeno, titanio-paladio, etc.), aleaciones de baja temperatura y aleaciones funcionales especiales (materiales de almacenamiento de hidr\u00f3geno de titanio-hierro, aleaciones con memoria de titanio-n\u00edquel). Aunque la historia del titanio y sus aleaciones no es larga, ha ganado varios t\u00edtulos honor\u00edficos por sus extraordinarias propiedades. El primer t\u00edtulo ganado es el de \"metal espacial\", es ligero, tiene una resistencia espec\u00edfica y resistencia a altas temperaturas, especialmente adecuado para la fabricaci\u00f3n de aviones y diversas naves espaciales. Aproximadamente tres cuartas partes de la producci\u00f3n mundial de titanio y aleaciones de titanio se utilizan en la industria aeroespacial. Muchas piezas fabricadas originalmente con aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio se han convertido en aleaci\u00f3n de titanio.<\/p><h2><strong>3. An\u00e1lisis de las caracter\u00edsticas de mecanizado de la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio<\/strong><\/h2><p>En primer lugar, la conductividad t\u00e9rmica de la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio es baja, s\u00f3lo 1\/4 de la del acero, 1\/13 de la del aluminio y 1\/25 de la del cobre. Debido a la lenta disipaci\u00f3n de calor de la zona de corte, que no favorece el equilibrio t\u00e9rmico, en el proceso de corte, la disipaci\u00f3n de calor y el efecto de refrigeraci\u00f3n es muy pobre, f\u00e1cil de formar altas temperaturas en la zona de corte, y la deformaci\u00f3n y el rebote de las piezas despu\u00e9s del procesamiento es grande, aumentando por el par de la herramienta de corte, r\u00e1pido desgaste del filo de corte y la durabilidad reducida.<\/p><p>En segundo lugar, la conductividad t\u00e9rmica de la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio es baja, por lo que la acumulaci\u00f3n de calor de corte en la peque\u00f1a zona cercana a la herramienta de corte no es f\u00e1cil de distribuir, aumenta la fricci\u00f3n de la superficie frontal de la herramienta, no es f\u00e1cil eliminar las virutas, el calor de corte no es f\u00e1cil de distribuir y se acelera el desgaste de la herramienta. Por \u00faltimo, la actividad qu\u00edmica de la aleaci\u00f3n de titanio es alta, y es f\u00e1cil que reaccione con el material de la herramienta a altas temperaturas, formando disoluci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, dando lugar al fen\u00f3meno de pegado, quemado y rotura de la cuchilla.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><h2><strong><b>Caracter\u00edsticas del centro de mecanizado de aleaciones de titanio<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>El centro de mecanizado puede procesar varias piezas simult\u00e1neamente para mejorar la eficiencia de la producci\u00f3n. Mejora la precisi\u00f3n de mecanizado de las piezas, la consistencia del producto es buena. El centro de mecanizado tiene la funci\u00f3n de compensaci\u00f3n de la herramienta, que puede obtener la precisi\u00f3n de mecanizado de la propia m\u00e1quina herramienta. Dispone de una amplia gama de adaptabilidad y mayor flexibilidad, como el mecanizado en arco de la pieza, el biselado y el redondeo de transici\u00f3n, con lo que se pueden conseguir m\u00faltiples funciones de una sola m\u00e1quina.
