utilis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode du magn\u00e9sium pour produire des tonnes d'\u00e9ponge de titane - cela marque le d\u00e9but de la production industrielle d'\u00e9ponge de titane. L'alliage de titane est largement utilis\u00e9 dans divers domaines en raison de sa r\u00e9sistance sp\u00e9cifique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de sa bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et de sa grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur. Les alliages de titane sont utilis\u00e9s dans l'aviation depuis plus d'un demi-si\u00e8cle. Dans le domaine des 3C, de nombreux t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 import\u00e9s dans le mat\u00e9riau, et de plus en plus de fabricants devraient utiliser l'alliage de titane. Pourquoi l'alliage de titane est-il si populaire ?<\/p><ol><li><b><\/b><h2><strong><b>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des alliages de titane<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>Haute r\u00e9sistance : 1,3 fois l'alliage d'aluminium, 1,6 fois l'alliage de magn\u00e9sium et 3,5 fois l'acier inoxydable, le champion des mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques.<\/p><p>R\u00e9sistance thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e : la temp\u00e9rature d'utilisation est sup\u00e9rieure de plusieurs centaines de degr\u00e9s \u00e0 celle de l'alliage d'aluminium, et il peut fonctionner pendant longtemps \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 450 ~ 500 C.<\/p><p>Bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion : la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'acide, la r\u00e9sistance aux alcalis, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion atmosph\u00e9rique, la corrosion par piq\u00fbres et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion sous contrainte sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Bonne performance \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature : L'alliage de titane TA7 avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'espacement d\u00e9ficients peut maintenir une certaine plasticit\u00e9 \u00e0 -253\u00b0C.<\/p><p>Activit\u00e9 chimique \u00e9lev\u00e9e : activit\u00e9 chimique \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, r\u00e9agit facilement avec les impuret\u00e9s gazeuses telles que l'hydrog\u00e8ne et l'oxyg\u00e8ne de l'air pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une couche durcie.<\/p><p>La conductivit\u00e9 thermique est faible, le module d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 est faible : la conductivit\u00e9 thermique est d'environ 1\/4 de celle du nickel, 1\/5 de celle du fer, 1\/14 de celle de l'aluminium, et la conductivit\u00e9 thermique de divers alliages de titane est inf\u00e9rieure d'environ 50% \u00e0 la conductivit\u00e9 thermique du titane. Le module d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de l'alliage de titane est environ la moiti\u00e9 de celui de l'acier.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><h2><strong>Classification et utilisation des alliages de titane<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>Les alliages de titane peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en alliages r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la chaleur, alliages \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance, alliages r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion (alliages titane-molybd\u00e8ne, titane-palladium, etc.), alliages \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature et alliages fonctionnels sp\u00e9ciaux (mat\u00e9riaux de stockage d'hydrog\u00e8ne titane-fer, alliages de m\u00e9moire titane-nickel). Bien que l'histoire du titane et de ses alliages ne soit pas tr\u00e8s longue, il a remport\u00e9 plusieurs titres honorifiques en raison de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s extraordinaires. Le premier titre remport\u00e9 est celui de \"m\u00e9tal spatial\". L\u00e9ger, dot\u00e9 d'une r\u00e9sistance sp\u00e9cifique et d'une r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, il est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication d'avions et de divers engins spatiaux. Environ trois quarts de la production mondiale de titane et d'alliages de titane sont utilis\u00e9s dans l'industrie a\u00e9rospatiale. De nombreuses pi\u00e8ces initialement fabriqu\u00e9es en alliage d'aluminium ont \u00e9t\u00e9 converties en alliage de titane.<\/p><h2><strong>3. Analyse des caract\u00e9ristiques d'usinage de l'alliage de titane<\/strong><\/h2><p>Tout d'abord, la conductivit\u00e9 thermique de l'alliage de titane est faible, seulement 1\/4 de celle de l'acier, 1\/13 de celle de l'aluminium et 1\/25 de celle du cuivre. En raison de la lenteur de la dissipation thermique de la zone de coupe, qui n'est pas propice \u00e0 l'\u00e9quilibre thermique, dans le processus de coupe, la dissipation thermique et l'effet de refroidissement sont tr\u00e8s faibles, il est facile de former des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans la zone de coupe, et la d\u00e9formation et le rebond des pi\u00e8ces apr\u00e8s le traitement sont importants, ce qui augmente le couple de l'outil de coupe, l'usure rapide de l'ar\u00eate de coupe et la r\u00e9duction de la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Deuxi\u00e8mement, la conductivit\u00e9 thermique de l'alliage de titane est faible, de sorte que l'accumulation de la chaleur de coupe dans la petite zone proche de l'outil de coupe n'est pas facile \u00e0 distribuer, la friction de la surface avant de l'outil est augment\u00e9e, il n'est pas facile d'enlever les copeaux, la chaleur de coupe n'est pas facile \u00e0 distribuer, et l'usure de l'outil est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e. Enfin, l'activit\u00e9 chimique de l'alliage de titane est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et il est facile de r\u00e9agir avec le mat\u00e9riau de l'outil \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, en formant une dissolution et une diffusion, ce qui entra\u00eene un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de collage, de br\u00fblure et de rupture du couteau.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><h2><strong><b>Caract\u00e9ristiques de l'alliage de titane trait\u00e9 par le centre d'usinage<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><p>Le centre d'usinage peut traiter plusieurs pi\u00e8ces simultan\u00e9ment pour am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de la production. Am\u00e9liorez la pr\u00e9cision d'usinage des pi\u00e8ces, l'uniformit\u00e9 des produits est bonne. Le centre d'usinage dispose d'une fonction de compensation de l'outil, qui permet d'obtenir la pr\u00e9cision d'usinage de la machine-outil elle-m\u00eame. Il dispose d'une large gamme d'adaptabilit\u00e9 et d'une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9, comme le traitement de l'arc de la pi\u00e8ce, le chanfreinage et l'arrondi de transition, ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser les fonctions multiples d'une seule machine. Les centres d'usinage peuvent effectuer des op\u00e9rations de fraisage, de per\u00e7age, d'al\u00e9sage, de taraudage et toute une s\u00e9rie de traitements. Un calcul pr\u00e9cis des co\u00fbts peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler le calendrier de production. Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser des fixations sp\u00e9ciales, ce qui permet d'\u00e9conomiser beaucoup d'argent et de raccourcir le cycle de production. R\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement l'intensit\u00e9 du travail des ouvriers.
