class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1><strong>Che cos'\u00e8 la lavorazione CNC<\/strong><\/h1><p>Abbiamo fatto molta strada dai tempi delle bobine di nastro di carta perforata. Oggi, alcune frese possono eseguire processi di lavorazione su cinque assi diversi senza dover rimuovere e riposizionare il pezzo in un'attrezzatura. Questo progresso porta a una produzione pi\u00f9 rapida e precisa. La tornitura CNC, che utilizza i suoi modelli CAD 3D per creare pezzi cilindrici, \u00e8 realizzata con un tornio ad alta velocit\u00e0 controllato da CNC. Il concetto \u00e8 simile alla rimozione di scaglie di legno da un tronco d'acero (o di frassino bianco) che gira per dare forma a una mazza da baseball.<\/p><h2><strong><b>Come funziona la lavorazione CNC<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><p>La lavorazione CNC si differenzia dalla stampa 3D perch\u00e9 prevede la sottrazione piuttosto che l'aggiunta. Nella lavorazione CNC, si parte da un blocco solido o da un cilindro di metallo o plastica e si taglia il materiale per ottenere le forme desiderate. Questo processo pu\u00f2 essere paragonato a una forma di scultura ad alta velocit\u00e0, dove gli strumenti simili a trapani, chiamati frese, sostituiscono le punte e gli scalpelli tradizionali.<\/p><p>Durante la fresatura, queste frese girano a velocit\u00e0 incredibilmente elevate, spesso raggiungendo decine di migliaia di giri al minuto. La velocit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere regolata per evitare errori di taglio o danni ai materiali pi\u00f9 delicati, sottolineando che a volte \u00e8 meglio un approccio lento e costante. L'obiettivo principale della lavorazione CNC \u00e8 la precisione, con tolleranze fino a \u00b10,001 pollici (\u00b10,025 mm).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbe2aaa elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbe2aaa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong><b>Quali sono i vantaggi della lavorazione CNC?<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong><b>1. <\/b><\/strong><strong>Alta precisione e accuratezza<\/strong><\/h3><p>A differenza della lavorazione manuale, che si basa sull'abilit\u00e0 e sul giudizio umano, le macchine CNC seguono istruzioni programmate con una precisione millimetrica.<\/p><h3><strong><b>2. <\/b><\/strong><strong>Ripetibilit\u00e0 e coerenza<\/strong><\/h3><p>Una volta programmata e impostata, una macchina CNC pu\u00f2 produrre pezzi identici con una qualit\u00e0 costante. Per molto tempo, la linea di base di ogni officina meccanica era costituita da torni CNC a due assi e da centri di lavoro CNC a tre assi. Alcuni erano orizzontali, mentre altri erano verticali; tuttavia, per la maggior parte, il lavoro rimbalzava tra entrambi fino al completamento di tutte le fasi di lavorazione. Negli ultimi tempi, grazie a produttori di macchine utensili intelligenti, la distinzione tra fresa e tornio \u00e8 diventata meno netta. Le macchine multitasking sono macchine che combinano il mandrino per la fresatura e il cambio utensili con una testa in stile tornio e una torretta (la parte che ospita tutte le attrezzature). Anche i torni per la fresatura-tornitura incorporano utensili da taglio fissi e rotanti, e i centri di lavoro per la tornitura sono diventati sempre pi\u00f9 diffusi. Per esempio, impieghiamo torni che hanno utensili vivi per consentire caratteristiche come scanalature radiali e assiali, fori, piatti e scanalature.<\/p><p>I centri di lavorazione possono anche includere pi\u00f9 di 3 assi.
