Het doel is om de juiste acteurs of performers te vinden om de personages in een script tot leven te brengen.<\/p><p>Tijdens het castingproces werken castingdirecteurs, producenten en regisseurs samen om acteurs te selecteren die het beste bij de rol passen op basis van een aantal criteria, zoals hun acteervaardigheden, fysieke verschijning, leeftijd, etniciteit en algemene geschiktheid voor de rol.<\/p><p>De casting bestaat uit verschillende fasen, waaronder het bekijken van headshots en cv's, het houden van audities, het uitvoeren van screentests en het onderhandelen over contracten met de geselecteerde acteurs.
